Can I dremel my Holey Rock?

I live in central Texas so I am lucky enough to have found some Holey rock down by the river here. I powerwashed it, bleached it, and left it in the sun. Although, not all the rocks have as many holes as I would like. Does anyone know if I can use a dremel tool to add more holes? Is there any risk of the rock eroding too fast in those areas or anything?

You should be fine.
I doubt it would cause your rock to erode any faster.

I have considered "dremelling" the holey rock I am about to get as well, for the same reason. I would personally be concerned about leaving rough edges that might harm my fish, but maybe you are better with a dremel than I am.

<--Dremelled the head right off a model horse once.

What type of fish are you keeping with that rock? African tend to scratch their scales when using that type of rock...plus it's not in lake Malawi
