Ice Blue Bye Bye

After trying everything I could think of and everything fishlore friends suggested, I had to relocate Ice Blue. I couldn't find him a mate and he had taken over all but about 2 inches of the 55g. None of the other fish could swim and one of the msobo ended up suspiciously, umm, dead. Ice Blue, pretty as he is, is now at Petland. They have already sold the other 2 I took them.

The tank is now fairly peaceful with 2 msobos (lost the one the other day) and 6 greshakei juvies. I am going to add 2 more msobo females when I find them and wait to see what the greshakei turn out to be (m/f?). I may add a few something else but don't know what...

Since Ice Blue is gone, had to change my sig pix

Thanks for all the help.

Sorry to hear that you had to get rid of the ice blues... mine are spawning right now and my male greyshaki is very well mannered surprisingly. Out of the pecking order in my tank though of 14 fish he is like 5 on the head guys. My kenyi is the king of the tank, so I think thats why my greyshaki is behaving. I am separating the kenyi and that trio soon, I hope the greyshaki doesn't end up being the head man in the other tank. I am going to put him w/ cynatilapia afra hai reefs, red zebras, p. flavus (when we get them) so he will be the most aggressive in the tank.

I have to ad though when the kenyi's are spawning... whoa! mean fish! the male takes over the right quarter of the tank and there is only one fish allowed on his side, the female kenyi.
