I have a new cichlid and I have no idea what kind it is... its blue with vertical stripes,,,

is there any way I can post a pic on this or does anyone have awesome knowlage of cichlids that could e-mail me and I can send you a pic?

Couple of things you can try:
Browse the Member's Gallery - Cichlid Photos

OR

Upload the pic into your profile album: Add photos to profile album

OR

Upload the pic as an attachment to a post: How Do I: Attach Pictures to my post

Using any of these options should make the pic available for help ID'ing it. Also, you may want to edit your post and remove your email address to prevent spammers from getting it.
