Parrot Fish?

I was looking around my LFS today and they had "Parrot Fish" for sale. These fish seemed to have quite the personality. Does anyone know much about them? I am getting conflicted information from googled sites. Tank size, tank mates...ect?

I currently cannot house them in my tank, however, i was thinking about setting up a second. :-)

They are a hybrid fish (I am not sure between what species, but I think that one is a severum cichlid). Please make sure that the fish is not dyed. Many times, pet stores sell dyed or tatooed parrot fish. This is an extremely cruel and painful process for the fish and most of the fish don't even live through the procedure. Hint...If they are bright orange (as they often are) they are dyed. I have read that they get about 6-8 inches. You would need a tank of at least 30 gallons in size to house one of them. For two, I would go with 40 gallons and up. I don't think that these fish are great with other species of fish, but I am not positive. It is hard to find information on hybrid species, but I'll see what I can find.

It's a red devil and a severum mix. Which mean they can be pretty aggressive. They are usually sterile. A friend of our had one that got 10", so I think you'd need a big tank. Personally I don't like hybrids parrot fish or flower horns.
