I'm bringing in the questions from your other thread, too.
In no particular order...
The number of cichlids you can fit in a 30g depends on the specific fish. The general guideline is "1 inch of adult fish per gallon of water" This works with slim-bodied fish, but if a fish gets to be "tall" or wide, the guide goes out the window (Plecos and Pacu come to mind)]
White Morph Zebra Cichlid is one African Cichlid that is white.
Unsure what you mean by "top colours". If you mean the most popular, I'm not sure.
The proper way to introduce a new fish is to quarantine it for several weeks to minimize the chances that it does not have parasites or other illnesses. Then, once you're ready to put the fish in its permanent home, put it in a bucket with enough quarantine tank water for it to be readily comfortable (or, depending on the location of your quarantine tank, you can just do this with the q tank) Then, slowly add water from the permanent tank. Unless African Cichlids are different, you want the process to take about half an hour, and you want to end up with the majority of the water in the bucket/q tank to be water from the permanent home. Then
net the fish and gently introduce it to the tank. Don't pour water from the q-tank into the permanent home.
