It is actually called an Aulonocara Orange blotched or OB peacock. They can get around 7". I found all of my male peaocks were super aggressive.
You'd need a 33g and up for 4 fish 1 male to 3 females...Africans cichlids don't form pairs. Honestly, I'd get at least a 55g and add some other species. jmo

Thankyou

Can you keep just one male? or do they really need to be in 4's?.

Sorry i don't have much experience with cichlids.

Keeping them in groups of 4 usually lessens the aggression on the other fish usually female..so if you have 3 females...the male will have more to chase.
Yeah you can keep all males or one male...but you should see the coloring & breeding dances when females are in the tank. Amazing transformations.
