There are 5 JD's and two Rainbow cichlids.
Two of the snails are pouting right now!! They were on the side of tank and I had to move them because that's where the bags were hanging while acclimating..I put them down on the gravel and they sucked their little bodies in and haven't moved since..lol...I'm sure they will get over it soon though.

So glad your babies made it safely! Sorry about the 2 little ones

Those are some STRIKING colors on the JD's!
Are they EBJD's?

Their mom was a blue gene jack and their dad was an electric blue. The exact percentages on EBJDs, BGJDs and regular JDs you get is a bit confusing...well I have to use my brain anyway. You can tell the EBJDs from the others but the BGJDs and regular JDs look the same.

I gotta ditto everyone else - the JDs are vibrant, the tank is beautiful, and your other fishies look like they love the big tank, too.

Congrats!!!

They are some GORGEOUS JD's that is for sure!!. Everyone made it through the night and doing good so I'm just considering myself, sherry and these fish very lucky!!. ..I did have more then one drink last night though.....I need to get some more caves and hiding spots in there...I'm going to be going out of town sometime and I'm going to get some driftwood, I'm also going to see if I can't find some cool decor to go in there...But for now they are happy with what they have..lol.

Tommy got me some clay pipes at the auction and Michael cut them in half for me since they were too long....the fish love them. I am going to have to find some more of them.

Carol I will agree with the pretty part but mannerly...what exactly is in your water. Most of mine act like hormonal, ornary teenagers, especially when you put a net in there to catch them!!!

They are all doing GREAT!!. The Rainbows have turned the prettiest color of yellow and the Jacks are coloring up even more too!! They started showing sign of ICH on Saturday, rubbing up against rocks and plants and each other, so I turned the temp to 84 and started soaking all their food in garlic juice. I knew it was a TOTAL possibility for them to get ICH after all that had happened. But I caught it just as soon as I saw it. None of the other fish were acting strange just the new guys. But today, no rubbing no acting weird and they are really getting used to the tank..They are comming up to me and not scared anymore so that's good news...I'm going to continue to treat for ICH with 84 degree temp and frequent water changes along with garlic soaked food just to be safe....How long do you think I should treat for it??
