Okay. Cherry Barbs eat veggies. What veggies do they like? How are they, the veggies served? Smooshed, finely chopped? My parents already think I've gone wacky over the fish, now add feeding veggies.

Hello Morgan. Hope you're doing well today. You can feed them peas as a treat and will also help to keep their digestive organs functioning properly (acts as a laxative). Boil them just a minute or two...let them cool and remove the skin. Cut them into pieces about the size of one of their eyes. Too, you can blanch (boil for a minute or two) zucchini, cucumbers. You might even want to try a romaine lettuce leaf.
