hi i kno tht cherry barb males have some sort of hiarchy or alpha male. i have 2 cherry barbs both male and i was wondering...how do u tell which barb is"in charge"

The one that does the chasing is in charge, which is usually the biggest. It may be hard to tell since you only have 2 males and no females to compete for. By adding a couple females, the males will display much more brilliant reds. Cherry barbs are best kept in groups of at least 5, with an even m/f split or an extra female or two.

The females have a heirarchy as well, again the biggest is usually the alpha.
