These are my wonderful kitties: Izzy, Muffy and Zoie. They're all spayed females. Izzy and Muffy are shelter rescues from 1998 & 1999 respectively, and Zoie is a recent addition (9 months old!) given to me by a coworker (wasn't planning on a 3rd cat, but she's great). They've all been together for three weeks now and the hissing has finally stopped, although they're not all chummy just yet...

Izzy is a tabico (white with tabby calico patches), Muffy is a dilute tortoishell (mostly grey) and Zoie is also a dilute tortoiseshell (although she just looks orange). Zoie's about 1/3 the size of the other 2 (and yes, those two are fat ).

Thx guys I haven't had a kitten in the house for ten years, so Zoie is pretty 'entertaining' - never stops moving, I'm pretty sure her motto is 'Why walk when you can bounce!' The older girls just look at her SOO condescendingly which I find pretty funny It's also strange to wake up each morning with a purring kitten draped over my face

What cuties!!..I Love their little beds..I'm going to have to find some like that for my kitties..It seems like they love them..lol..

Awesome, thanks for the tip!! I'll be shopping tomorrow!!..We foster cats for our local Humane Society and have two of our own. I'm always looking for ways to make the fosters feel at home, A nice cozey enclosed bed is perfect!!!

I had to wait a long time to get a kitty bc of apartment rules, finances, fun stuff like that. Then I got one, then another to keep her company, and I kept them through everything despite all the ppl who kept telling me to get rid of them, and I'm so glad I did. I didn't plan on the third most recent addition (trying to NOT become the 'cat lady' ) but a coworker was trying desperately to re-home her kitten (needed more attention than she could provide and she wasn't about to get a second cat) and I couldn't handle the thought of her going to the shelter which is where that situation was headed.

The beds are great bc it helps with their instinct to hide. I found that the combination of those, having lots of litterboxes (4 for 3 cats!) and feeding them all in separate areas has done wonders - there used to be a lot of aggression between them but no more!
