Hey guys long time no see!

I had a few questions about them so here goes:

As some of you know, when I first got into fish-keeping, I had gotten some Zebra's, White clouds, and a fish I didn't know much about. I only knew it was black, was a catfish, and that it liked to swim upside-down at night.

I finally figured it out a few days ago, and found it was this:

This explains my earlier posts about fish "disappearing," as it was eating them. It also explains what he has been eating..

I feel that he also caused the death of my betta that you all remember me adding into the community tank (btw, my second betta is doing great!!)

so, my questions are as follows:

1. I'd like to keep him, though after watching him tonight, I was fearing for the lives of ALL my fish in the tank. One of my otos was swimming to find a spot to eat, and was almost eaten himself!! What size tank should I get for him? As another note, I am going to get him some friends.

2. What should I do with him as of now? My other tanks are too small to hold him as he is about.. 3 inches currently.. and my other tank is only a 2.5 galln .

3. What tankmates should I get him? I read that he does well with Chichlids, though I don't know what algae eaters to put in the tank with him, or anything else.. or if I should just put them on their own.

4. and finally, what should I feed him? Just flakes? Or bloodworms?? not sure on this one haha...

1. A 75 gallon tank for a temporary amount of time. I'm guessing 120 gallon at the max. He will get to about a foot long.
2. For now, I would check at the local pet store to see if they have any tank dividers
3. Cichlids are a good choice. Blood Parrots are my favorite.
4. He'll need carnivore pellets and live food (probably feeder fish).
