| There is a point here. If they are giving false information about the "operating parameters" of a fish (not the stuff that's kind of subjective, like tank size, but the facts about a particular fish, such as how long it gets), they are deceiving their customers. I'm pretty sure that's quasi-legal at best.
I agree with what was said above. Don't trust fish stores to give you information about a fish. Petsmart says that glassfish need salt. They don't. They live in soft, acidic water.
