| The Striped Rapheal What a wonderful and beautiful fish, it deserves it's own Forum under the catfishes lol. Who else has a rapheal cat? |

| We dont have any currently, but I have had several species of raphaels in the past.
As we get to the point we start ordering from farms, I am sure we will have them back here. |

| We have a striped one, although you'd never know it. He hides all day long and dosent come out even after lights out. You have to sit in total darkness and drop an algae tab in the tank for him to emerge. Occasionally Ill sit with a flashlight, drop the tab and wait for a glimpse of him just to be sure he is alive. |

That's One way or just get him a hinding were he can be seen. Mine is in ther half the time during the day and most and the rest of the day he's swimmin around and being somewhat active. But at night he is noisey and very playful with the other fish. |

| Sounds like a good idea, however that could never happen with his current tank mates. His food would be gone before it hit the floor. |

| I've got a striped, and never see him either, he is the night crew, and until I see him floating he must be doing his job. I am sure the draw back is the bio load for a fish you never see, is it worth it? |

| I have one Spotted. I want two more but have had no luck finding them. Al I ever see are striped. Not that I ever really see the one I have lol. I open up his cave once in awhile to check up on him, but otherwise never see him. His cave is deep and dark so it's hard to even see him there. I want more because I understand them to be social with each other. Hmm maybe someday someone will have them and sell them to me lol. |
