Hey guys...have any of you had experience keeping a cardinal with a lawnmower blenny? I would like to add a cardinal to my 55 gallon tank, but DFS list them as Caution with blennies...can anyone offer advice? Also, should i only get one or can i get like 2 or 3?

Hi Dav,
havent had any experience with either fish, but reading up on them just now I find that they dont really bother their tankmates for the most part.
But I have no experience with SW tanks.. but checked out your fish. The blenny is very interesting looking and I love the Kauderns cardinal fish, almost looks like an angel fish with spikes. kewl!

Hey Kate,

thanks for lookiing into it for me. i came to the same conclusion you did about the cardinals. i would like to get 2 or 3 of them...they are way cool when they school up and sort of hover in the current.

Good luck with your benggai cardinals! I don't know much about them but i do know that they are beautiful fish and one of the fish i'm considering getting.
