I have this 25g H and I have four kuhli loaches in it and I was wondering if i can put two or Three Bumblebee catfish in with them without worrying about the catfish eating the loaches.

To be honest, one bumblebee catfish would be able to fit in the 25 gallon comfortabley, not two or three. How big are the kuhli loaches?

The largest kuhli is about 3" and The smallest one is about 1.75"

When I had a SA bumblebee catfish in my tank, I found that he was pretty peaceful and never bothered anyone. Are you sure the catfish would attack the loaches?

You could be running a risk of the smallest being eaten, depending on the size of the bumblebee catfish. So it could be risky.

Not exactly attack, more of eating the loaches. I have seen a bumblebee eat a 1" cory at the store. They do have big mouths for eating.

Well the Bumbles at the store are about a inch long Do you think they could eat the kuhli?

Most likely not when they are that small. They willl most likely be fine together.

The one I have is about 3-4" so I would say about 3.5-4" would be a good guess.

I agree with Tom on the size. Mine was pretty long as well.

I thought the South American one was the smallest at only 2" These guys are maybe a little too big for me i thought they stayed on the small side.

Frequently other fish mistake Kuhlis for worms so they might not "attack" per se but just call themselves getting lunch

No, I believe the smallest ones get to about 3-4" maybe a little larger. The Asian ones get a lot larger and a lot more aggressive.
