Well I'm not sure but....

Do you have a male guppy in the tank with them? Females can't breed with themselves....

If you have a male then sometimes a little warmer temp will help, what's the temp on your tank right now?

Well after reading your other post about your ammonia levels I have a feeling that probably is why. I wouldn't doubt your fish are stressed from the high levels and also they're probably stressed from the lack of space in the tank. About how large are the platy fry and how many do you have (just a rough guess)?

Well the guppies could have already had babies and they've been eaten because they are VERY small when they're born and are a easy meal for your other fish.

So my guesses for why you're not getting any babies are....
-temp needs to be up a bit (you'll have to look up what a good temp is this is just a guess)
-Stress from too many fish (pleco is going to be too large very soon)
-Ammonia levels are really off

or they've already had babies and they just got eaten.

How long have they been in the tank together? They could well be pregnant, but not obviously showing. Or as e-watson stated, they could have had babies and they've been eaten already.

Generally all livebearers come from the supplier pregnant because even if the LFS separates them, the suppliers do not. My female guppies look extremely skinny when they've just dropped a batch of fry, but they usuall fatten up within a week or two because my males will not leave them alone. Is your male interested in your females at all? If he is, then I can almost guarantee you your females are pregnant. I've only ever found a dozen platy fry in my tank because they are 1) really good at hiding and 2) get eaten by the other fish, including their parents. I just released two of my older platy fry (they're about 2 months old) into my 55gal and even though they're an inch long, all the bigger fish went straight after them.

not all females are fat and large. I've actually owned many that stayed just a tad bigger than the male and I promise, and they were eating just fine. Different fish have different genetics which results in different body sizes. Yes feeding may help a little but it will not change the actual body size too terribly much. Your female could also be a youngster that is still growing.
