Hey all
Well, my mollie Gwen finally birthed

. Sneaky little lady did it while I was having dinner. Came back to give them their last feed and there was a tiny little pair of eyes staring at me!
I caught about 14 fry and put them in my breeder.
BUT
About an hour after I moved them all, I had a HUGE
ammonia spike. Seriously, this morning my ammonia was 0. I did a minor
water change with the baby move (maybe 10%) and then an hour later, I see the tetra's gills are red and theyre breathing at the surface. Test the water? Ammonia at 4.0!!!! 4.0!!!!!!!!!!! Now it looks like half the fry are dead !!!! *sobs in a corner*
MY POOR BABIES!
Pray with me peoples. I don't want them to all die

I've waited so long for Gwen to birth.
EDIT: Just did a second ammonia test after a 50% change, and it's now at 0. Am I getting false readings here?! *smacks
API test kit* butbut my poor babies!!!
