When can I tell the gender of my molly fry?

My little molly babies are about a month old....at what age can I be sure what sex they are? They all look like girls now...all 30 of them! LOL.

You'll be able to tell once they are sexually mature which I'm thinking is pretty soon. I don't know why I'm thinking 6 or 8 weeks??

Based on what I've seen with our Mollies, I'd say after 2-3 months you start to see anal-fin development, at which point you can tell the guys from the gals.
