Hello Kribensis Kepper and Welcome to Fish Lore! I don't have personal experience with the type of fish you have mentioned so hang on for some more responses.

It has been my experience that when eggs turn white they are no longer viable and will not hatch. If you're seeing little eyes and white tails then you may indeed have wrigglers.

I'll be looking forward to other responses as well.
Best of luck for many happy, healthy fry!

the white stuff was actully the foam stuff under the bottom glass of the tank so yeh bad news they ate the eggs but this is there first time at breeding. i have some Q's

how often will they lay eggs/breed?
now that they have laid eggs does this mean they are an official breeding pair?
and i know this sounds silly but will they eat there eggs the second time they breed or is this the only?
one last thing before they laid eggs the female had a clear kind if white looking tube comming from her anal what is this for/from

I've never bred kribs, but I do have some breeding cons, so maybe this information will help you.

Whether they eat the eggs again will depend on the individual fish and whether or not the eggs are viable. Unfortunately, with breeding, it's a "wait and see".

The white tube you described is her egg tube. If it's out again, they're about to breed again, so maybe that'll help answer your "how often will they breed question" as well.

Hope this helps Good luck and keep us posted.

The tube you mention is also called the genital papilla for both male and female.
