| breeding rainbow sharks hi all im new to the site and new to breeding. I have had fish most of my life and my dad has too so he gives me alot of help as well, but never breeded fish. I know rainbows should have lots of room and hiding. I know it is very hard to breed them when they dont like each other. most ppl i talk to say i should start with batas but to me there are too many out there. Right now i have a 35gl show tank and 4 rainbow sharks (2 of them are albino). Both the black ones are male and for the albinos i dont realy know what sex they are. They are doing good together for now, but what i would like to know is should i get some sand for my tank or will they lay their eggs in the gravel i have in there now? im also trying to find females but cant seem to find them any help will be good Last edited by dragonshark; October 6th, 2009 at 07:16 PM.
