Help with my platy and fry

I bought 4 platys..one died, and then i found out how to sex them..I had one very pregnant female, another (not so pregnant) female and a male. The very pregnant female died, I'm assuming too much stressed from being moved. I put the other female in a 5 gal tank I have. She had 1 fry 2 days ago, she still looks pretty fat so I am wondering if she will have more frys and when? after I noticed the 1 fry I did put her into a breeder box for the rest of the night and then when I woke uk, I assumed she was done so I put her back into the 29 gal. She has been there for almost 3 days now and no more babies.... I'm confused, why is she still fat?

Welcome!

I noticed that your aquarium info says that you don't know about the nitrogen cycle... if so, that's probably why your fish died, or else it could be stress from having a male betta in there. How is he with the other fish? Also, if you have a common pleco, he'll get too big for the tank he's in. By "moor", do you mean a black moor, as in a goldfish? They are really coldwater fish, and the rest of what you have are tropical.

I have the test stips for the water, it has been fine in all areas. The male Betta is wonderful with all my other fish as is the black moor, they are easy going. The black moor is the fish my daughter wanted, so he is in our tank, no preoblems at all. I'm only conserned with the female platty at the moment. I don't know if she is still pregnant, she's still pretty fat but it has been about 3 days since she had the 1 fry. she was pregnant before I bought her as was the other one.
