i got about 50-60 angel fish fry losing about 4-10 a day why is this?? i changing water 2 times a day putting food in their 3-4 times a day, temp is alway bewteen 25-28c is this normal and what is minium size for a growing out tank? for about 50 angel fish fry

thats normal...a good grow out tank would be 10 gal for a few weeks...with a sponge over the filter intake so they wont get sucked in..then 20-30 gal grow out after that....what are you feeding them? everything else you are doing is right...

i h8 losing fry though its such a waste also its so hard trying to get the dead fry out without harming other i'm having to hand pick the dead ones out my missy is get angry that im not spending time with her lol =(. i feeding Hikari first bites for when their near the top and interpet liquifry No1 for when their at bottom of tank. whats 10gall to L's.

see if you can find a turkey baster as that can suck up in small amounts....39-45 litres will be good for a few weeks ...

so to lose fry is normal? no way of saving them all?

you are doing everything correct so I dont think you can do any more than you are...other than keeping it prestine, and proper feeding, I could suggest fresh baby brine shrimp as well as that seems to be fry's fave.....is the tank bare bottom to suck up any debris? again you can use a turkey baster or some kind of eye dropper...

yeah bottom is bare, woke up this morning and half of them are dead now i think moving them to a different tank was a big mistake =(((. no their only about 10 if that i getting really hacked off with this i temp. just to flush them all just big waste of my time and money
