I bought an extremely pregnant guppy and a breeder tank for her at my LFS today. I have no idea how far along she is, but she is HUGE! From what I have read on here, I shouldn't put her in the breeder tank too soon or she'll stress out and possibly abort and/or die. When should I put her in? Are there any tell tale signs as to when she will drop the fry?

A large dark gravid spot, swollen squared off belly and lack of movement are signs she will birth soon. I personally put my breeding females into the trap a couple of days before they're due, I find this tends to stress them less than moving them right before they give birth.

Her belly is squared off, I currently have her in the breeder tank. Should I leave her in there? How can I tell if she is stressed?
