Clean my tank with baby fish everywhere?

My wife and I bought a 29gal. fish tank about 4 months ago. I have been cleaning it every weekend but once in a great while I miss a weekend. This last weekend when I was about to clean it I noticed what I thought was a baby fish, which is very odd considering the places we have bought the fish always ensure us that they are not breeding fish. Tonight I found three more. They appear to be offspring of the silver tip tetras but I'm not entirely sure yet because of their size. One is about 3/16" long and the other three are even smaller. When I clean my tank I try to really stir up the gravel to make sure I get it good and clean but how do I do this and not suck the cute little fish up? We also didn't plan on having babies so I'm not sure what to do when they get bigger because it's only 29 gallons. I might be asking some dumb questions but I have never had fish before so I'm still a noob .

asking is how you learn and unless you are going to take them out and put them in a breeding net that kinda hangs off the side of your tank, you can get a bucket to remove the water and just look inside the bucket before you dump the water each time..thats what I have to do with my convicts...they are everywhere...goodluck!

In my fry tanks (of coarse my fry are good sized, they are malawi cichlids) I have no problem w/ it. Smaller fry I would net out to clean the tank, Thats what I did/do w/ guppy fry.

Well I have live bearing fish and what I have to do is spend a while catching them. It involves taking out all the decorations and some patients. I bought an over the edge breeding net and they stay in there and get special fry food until they are big enough to not be lunch. The fry are too small to avoid sucking them in the vacuum so I have to separate them.

Wow...lol I just go ahead and use the python in the tank...I very rarely ever get one in it and when I do ...( I always have my thumb on the valve.) I immediatly close the valve and let it out....I have never lost a fish to it.. I have guppies.
