welcome to fishlore!!!
She could be pregnant but your info says you dont know about the nitrogen cycle so it could be ammonia or nitrite poisioning...read this thread to give you a better understanding of that
http://www.fishlore.com/NitrogenCycle.htm ,.,its alot to read but will make your fish tank very happy
goodluck!

Sounds like she is defenately pregnant. All live bearers go darker around the (tummy) anal fin when they are expecting.

Welcome to Fishlore.
If she's ever been around at least 1 male, she's pregnant.

Add a layer of flat glass marbles over your gravel, put in lots of plants and caves, some floating plants or guppy grass would be good too. You'll want to give the fry all the hiding spots that you can.

mollys can have babies once a month or so..and usually 10-30 fry ...Ive read the more times shes pregnant, the more fry are produced...when her belly is big and round so much she can barely move, is when she will be close...she and the fry need that tank to be cycled to survive..as well as the other things everyone has suggested
