get a pic if you can..thats the best way for us to help..and if the white spots look like grains of salt, it could be ich...if they are actual bumps, could be a tumor, parasite, etc..so getting a pic would really help

Well one of my mollies is DEFINITELY pregnant. She's big bellied and has a dark spot. I hope its the handsome male I have (lyretail with a huge sail) that did it. Whats gestation for them (silver mollies)?

The white spot is tiny! What do you think about her being pregnant?

To me she looks bigger today! I just looked at her and she had a long strand of poop hanging out as long as her tail!I still don't know if she is pregnant! Remember she is a mixed Arenda!

try a few small pieces of frozen pea shelled and cut up ..about the size of her eye..she could be constipated and bloated ...otherwise, its a wait n see game...

One more question from me on my pregnant mollies (both my females are now, good job to the male). They are in a tank with three zebra danios and three blood-fin tetras, should I split the tank or put the females in a breeder box? Ive read that the frys need cover, which I dont have much at the moment, I was wondering how to protect the fry.

without cover even the moms will eat the fry also so keep a good eye out if you have a breeding tank that would be good just remove mom when done hatching fry

Yes a Breeders net or Fry box will work. From Experience i know a really good product. Its called the "Fish Net Breeder" from Lee's Aquarium & Pet Products. You can get it at Petsmart for around 5 bucks and it works very well. i have 5 babie guppys in there right now and you are able to watch the fish to see if any thing is wrong

help with constipation as mollys are huge piggies and sometimes get totally swollen from eating too much
