Help: rainbow cichlids with eggs and white spot

what do i do , the moment i saw eggs i did a 30% water change but the adults also have white spot that i have been treating for 3 days, should i half the dose or just stop treating , temp is 28/29

if the eggs hatch then what

?

about 300 eggs

just got home to find all the eggs gone and tank undidy, plants uprooted

only had 2 rainbow chiclids in tank , mum and dad.
white spot gone too

why they eat eggs in 10gal? too small?
