Give them lots of hiding places like guppy grass or Java fern. I don't know about ghost shrimp, but I know Amano shrimp just pick at algae, even as babies, so they don't need any care other than protection from the adults.
One thing I've heard is that keeping the lights off for a few weeks helps protect the fry from the adults and fish.

Why would your plants die in a few week? Java moss (I said Java fern, but I meant "moss") can survive pretty low light levels.
Petshrimp.com lists the glass shrimp's diet at "anything edible," so you could probably go with a generic fry food like cyclopeeze or finely smashed flakes.

Depends on how many you want to survive. I have a self-sustaining colony in my brackish tank. The adults and the mollies cull a decent number of the shrimp, but I'm seeing new juveniles all the time. The ones that stay hidden deep within the Java moss until they're too big to be eaten by the adults and mollies survive.

Lots of java moss is great. Our cherry shrimp have dozens & dozens of tiny baby shrimp in there now and are doing great. Usually the eggs are held until they're pretty close to hatching I think.
