I read your profile which says you have all these fish in a
20 gallon tank......This would be somewhat overcrowded and would benefit from breaking them up into two tanks.......If you had a 10 gallon tank you could put the corys and female betta in it would help, but for the question of fry.
A 3 gallon tank,
cycled would be good to place the female into to give birth. If it has plenty of java moss in it they will be able to hide until you remove her back over into the community tank.
It isn't however large enough to grow the fry out very long. She may have 5-30 babies, and they will soon need a larger tank. Daily water changes of 25% or so, in the 3 gallon will be the only way to keep them growing and healthy. Then you have to be expecting more babies within 20-30 days! Good Luck!
