kribensis second round of fry... pics!
havn't been on here in a little bit but I've got a good question for everyone and a few pics to share...
first of all, Crim & Kiro have been at it again, this time they had a big turnout of over 100 wigglers! crim (mom) got a little crazy again and started fighting kiro and eting the kids (not moving them in her mouth, she would chew them up and spit them out) she did this to the last batch, by the time I noticed the group was down to 12 or so. this time as soon as I noticed she was doing it again I took her out, it was a risk, expecially because the fry were only just beggining to come out of the cave.. but a week later and it is very worth it. kiro took over the entire group, he sometimes looks a little stressed/overwhelmed by all them but jeez... his colors are bright as ever while he's been playing full time daddy!! here are some pics of kiro & the kids, they've been getting bigger everyday and more independent of him. which leads to my question. last batch of 6 or so I had with kiro for 2 months, now that there are over 100.... how long will kiro last with them? it's not like he's gonna take care of them forever, will he eventually get sick of them around all the time? I'm wondering since I've never had such a big group before, but jeez they are fun to watch!
