Breeding bettas

I know all about how to breed bettas, but is there a certain time when they start to build they're nests and how often?

No, some bettas, no matter how healthy they are, never build buble nests. Charlie has only just recently made one, and Flare who is as happy as a clam, has not. Hope this helps!

Different things trigger the bubble nesting instinct.. the desire to breed is just one of them.
