cleaning a tank with baby fish in it

How do you clean the fishtank when there are tiny babies in it without sucking them up?

We seperate fry to seperate tanks and leave the bottom of those tanks bare, cleaning them with a turkey baster. If you can't do that, you might be able to use a tank divider to get them all to one side and clean the other side, then reverse it.
