2 chocolate gouramis 10 harliquins 3 congo tetras, 3 clown loaches, 4 platys (at the last count), 3 cory's, 2 small otto's and a very small leopard pleco and no snails

Not too sure how to keep them? how would I get them off the glass and how long to they take to hatch?

You could put a container into the tank and very gently move the eggs into it. It's delicate (something like a turkey baster or wooden spoon that's clean with no soap residue on it could make it easier) and probably some eggs will get lost, but if you keep the eggs in water and move them to another tank, you could raise the fry that hatched. A turkey baster may be the best, allowing you to suck the eggs off the glass and deposit them in the container.

Another tank would be needed, so if that's not an option, then letting nature take it's course is probably the best.

Last time I let nature take it's course and by the time i got back from wotk they had gone, but geuss what they have laid some more! this time on some leaves so I have put a couple of the leaves into a floating breeding tank in the main tank and if they hatch I will transfer them to another tank and try to bring them up as good and well behaved children
