I got 9 marble mollie fry this morning but surprisingly they are quite active

Why surprisingly? The other day when I had Molly fry, every 5 minutes I would come back and see 10 more greedly looking for food at the top of the tank, they seem to be a lot more active than platty fry.

the first batch of fry didnt swim around the tankfor about the first two days
these were actually swimming around in the large tank this morning like they were three weeks old instead of newborn

yea, our guppy fry revealed themselves by coming out of hiding for food within 2 hours of being dropped.. i think the fry tend to be more active with livebearers and maybe that first batch of fry was just less active than usual.
