It's hard to predict exactly when they'll drop fry, but you can watch for changes in her behavior - like trying to find a quiet spot and chasing other fish away.

she does chase fish away but she doesnt stay in one spot
also, she is a vigorous eater and i know that when they are about to pop they stop eating and hover over the bottom

i'd have things ready for the fry then.. it could be anyday. part of what makes it hard to tell is that they can hold onto fry for some time if they want.
