have 2 f and 1 male in tank fry about 3 days old do i just leave as is or do i have to move some thing

I think you can leave the fry in with the parents for a week or 2. The outsider fish is in for a tough time though. The mated pair is gonna be pretty nasty with babies in the tank. What are you going to do with the fry? Convicts are the breeding rabbits in the fish world. I have read they can breed every 2 weeks!

willbe getting a new 2 1/2 footer on sunday and thinking of puting mum and dad in that and leving the fry in the 2 footer there in now if its ok to leve them together that long?? other option puting the fry into a 15"x8"x9" before sunday tiny tank lots of fry

well, i've not raised convicts but that sounds like a good plan for them now. Unfortunately, i think the average mortality rate of fry is 60%.
