Bio-load and Aggression

I've got a couple of questions about blue lobsters because I saw them at the fish store this weekend and fell in love! First of all, do they carry about the same bioload that fish do, using the 1" per gallon theory as a general rule of thumb? Also, I know that they're classified as semi-aggressive, and the man I spoke to at the LFS (who actually seemed to be extremely knowledgeable) said that they would likely eat other slow, small, bottom dwelling fish such as corys. Would it be okay with the following stock since the smaller fish are middle and upper level swimmers:

1 Sunburst platy
1 Pearl gourami
3 diamond tetras
3 red eye tetras
1 red tail shark

EDIT: Sorry, just realized that I forgot to mention that I'm planning this for a 30 gal tank.

They'll hunt anything that's moving slow while they're hunting (which is at night). Their strength means they can eat fish quite a bit bigger than them.
This may be linked to lack of food, however. I've heard of people having absolutely no problems with their crays.

I think they're a bit heavier on the bioload, mostly because they're kind of messy eaters.

I have one large "blue Crawfish" and I wouldn't recommend putting it with anything smaller than 3-4 inches. I have one in with a firemouth and sunfish and it does fine in there since the fish are larger. He mostly will come out in the tank at night and is sorta a messy eater and once he gets a hold of food theres no letting go, heh...

Read the crayfish profile on this site. It has really good information. I'm not going to quote everything on it, but it answers a lot of your questions. Make sure to read the questions and comments at the end, a lot of the information is from there.

I feed mine a sinking algae wafer in the morning and then frozen shrimp at night. Doesn't bother the other fish even when they swim right in front of him. He mostly stays in his cave and tries to climb up the walls, trying to escape, so make sure your plants aren't tall enough for a way out, because they will take it. But other then that there an excellent addition, especially if you have a light blue florescent bulb, it really brings out there color. But every craw fish is different, some more temperamental then others.
