I don't think he's comfortable in the 20g with 2 blue rams - his swimming seems very shaky, short stops and just not very smooth.

Yea he's swimming like how you say he is but him and the german rams NEVER bother each other they don't fight at all or even mind that there in the same tank they get along just like the other fishes in the tank do...

I found out whats bothering him everyone on other forums that i've talked about it to said it was the blue rams but its not they live peaceful the blue rams never bother the blue gourami and the gourami never bothers the rams it's the balloon molly! the gourami is always hiding to stay away from getting bit and when she gets out from hiding she gets chased back into it by the balloon molly nipping and chasing her she cant get out of hiding for not even a minute! i think this is why and she's probably stressed right now the best i can do is put the balloon molly in the fish net and close the tank hood on it. but i'm not going to be able to return her anytime soon and i have no fish stores around me what should i do?

Sounds like you may need to to re-home the molly or get another tank, it can't live in the net.
