water currents

I am setting up a community tank (it's cycling now, fishless of course) and have a lot of water movement. The tank is a 47g tall with a 350gph filter and a 15" bubble wand so there is a strong current in the top third and a fairly strong current in the middle third of the tank.

Will a shoal of blood fin tetras do well in these conditions?

I also hope to have a shoal of black neon tetras, 3 corydoras and 3 otocinclus. Any help on how they would do in a tank with lots of water movement?

I have a 55g community tank with a 350gph filter with a bubble wand across the tank. I don't have neons or otocinclus, but I do have corydoras. I keep my bubble wand about 3in from the bottom of the tank. My corys just stay near the bottom. They don't care for the bubbles, but I don't think they are an issue either.

thanks that gives me a good idea of how the fish will fare. My tests are showing increasing nitrites and a small amount of nitrates, so I'm getting closer to finishing the cycle. I must remain patient.

It's so exciting having a tank almost ready! I have harliquin rasboras that are close to the same size as bloodfin tetras. They like to swim through the bubbles.

My Neons are in one of my 20gals with a really strong top to mid current, almost river tank conditions and they love it. They're always swimming in and out of it and they've generally looked a lot happier and healthier since I added the current about a month ago.
