I haven't posted on here in forever (sorry) but thought I would share a pic of my fish Fish Filet. I have an even better one on my Blackberry where he is flarring at me, but I thought this one was good too...he will soon be moving into a bigger tank as soon as I am done setting everything up
My three boys, Jimmy, Wordsworth and Sully. They live in a divided 15 gallon. I also have a female in my tropical community but she's hard to get pictures of. (They all are, really :P)
Here's Sid, my new little guy.
Since Ozzy was named after Ozzy Osbourne, I took the liberty of naming this one Sid after Sid Vicious. I apparently have a theme of naming my bettas after British rock stars.

Heya heya, my mom wasn't able to keep up with the water changes in the fish bowl. Told her to wait and not get one, but a month later she gives the little guy to me, I get him a proper tank with heater, and he seems to be doing great, although he doesn't flare XD Weird Betta, but I guess thats a good thing. Very responsive though when he sees me approaching the tank, always looking for my attention. Did catch him make a bubble nest the other day.
Anyway here's a pic
I did notice some of his fin is gone though, I'm worried about fin rot, but it could be he bit it off @>@. Other then that everything seems to be normal. Oh and the fin split he's had since I got him, dunno if he had it from the very beginning, since my mom took him to work.
Oh and his name is El, also he's pretty cute when resting on his leaves xD

Beefsteak, King of the Cory Cats. Yeah he's not a Cory, but he reigns over a school of them and will dive down into their feeding frenzy to steal bloodworms from them.
Finally got decent pics of most of my boys. Here they are in order of "new-ness."
Edward (had him about a year)...he really is a MG, but this pic doesn't do his coloring justice:
Liam (had him almost a year as well):
Garrett (had him about 5 months or so):
Alec (had him about 3 months):
James (had him a little over a month):
Emmett (friend bought him for me about a month ago):
Dragon (had him just a couple of weeks):
Demitri (got him last night!):
I also have my son's blue VT male, Gordon, in my son's 29gal community, and seven females (six VTs and one CT...although I almost think my salamander female might be an HM 'cuz her fins are just a bit different than the other girls) in my 55gal that's being finished set up (had to move them in there because the heater in their tank shattered).
Here is my new little guy (name to be advised) he is 4 months old and is teeny.. he's abou half the body size of my crowntail.. my crowntail was fully grown whenI brought him from the pet shop so I never expected this guy to be tiny!!
Still waiting for his order of plants to arrive.. LOL the random plant amuses me but looks so wrong
This is Bluemoon, a petco rescue find...Is he a crowntail? His back fin is so different that the other crowntails I am use to see...What do you guys think?
This is my newest boy. His name is Chroma. He seemed more colorful at the store, but I've since grown to like his watercolor nature. Hopefully his colors will perk up as he gets acclimated to his new home. Also, he has more blue than the picture really shows.
midthought, what a pretty boy! how big is that bowl though, it looks small
Oh, it definitely was small, but it was temporary. I did water changes everyday for maybe 3-4 days until I was sure his ultimate home was properly cycled. He's been in half of a 10 gallon planted tank for a few weeks now. I think he's happy now -- he's actually had a good appetite since maybe his second water change in the little bowl, and he's been doing the bubble nest thing for a couple weeks now too. I attached a new picture, but it's actually a lot more planted now than even that. He's also grown a kind of opaque chocolate-colored hat over his head, too. I need to take new pictures of the boy.
This is Ginny. I love his colour - yes, I know Ginny is a girls name but I have a Harry Potter theme with my fish names and I don't have a Ginny yet. His colour is perfect for a Weasley.
This is my Walmart rescue, Lord Nelson, shortly after I got him. In case you don't already know, he currently lives in a 10g, not the bowl you see him in in the pics. The bubble nest is his first, as far as I know.
This is my Petco rescue betta. He gave me quite a scare at first (as some of you might know) but now he seems lively and curious. He certainly has a great personality. He is my favorite fish right now. These pics really dont get his color real well but if you enlarge them they look a little better. He is still unnamed, any suggestions?
