| Names?? I finally managed to get a few shots of my betta. He is SO not photogenic. LOL Sorry if some are blur, as I said, it was seriously hard to get a few shots of him.
I also need some suggestions for his name. Had him for a few weeks now but still haven't come up with a name yet, I'm no good at names! haha |

| What about 'Stealth' or since he was hard to photograph 'Blurr'.
Maybe a light behind him would help to illuminate him. |

| haha cool names! I wish I could take em' all! He's not actually white, not even metallic white. He's mixed with a whitish yellow with blue tips on his tail. Thanks for the suggestions. You'all just too good. |

| I always have to get to know my fish for a week or two (sometimes a couple months!) before I know their name. I'm weird like that. Maybe he just needs more time before he tells you his name. |

| I totally agree with you ilove! You usually name them after their personality. For example, clyaton, i didnt know his name untill i knew he was a villain Hence the name clayton |

Hmmm shy, who was known for being shy? I guess shy people generally aren't in the spotlight much, hence, they're shy! |

| Ok, scraping the bottom of the barrel here, isn't there a Mario game character called Shy Guy?
The only shy Disney character my mental block can think of is Flower the skunk from Bambi, somehow I dont think a male fighter would like the name Flower much though. Lol. |

LOL since he's so not photogenic, basically too proud of himself and is quite strong considering all my cories died in his tank but he's still alive. Thanks for the 'word', Troy! |

| Macho, Macho Man! Has a nice ring to it! Especially for a strong, brave fighter fish. Run the name by him, see if he likes it! |

| LOL, my typical punishment is a time out, I move the trouble causer away from the other fighters and give him a lecture. They surprisingly behave better after that! Other than fighting amongst themselves the only thing I will not tolerate from by babies is them flaring up at me! I want to be liked by my little darlings not treated as their enemy. I am lucky in that mine don't generally flare at me, only when I buy a new baby and then they only try it once. It is amazing how you can raise them and communicate with them. |

I think my two bettas now behave very well, so I wouldn't think there's any need for punishment or lectures. I'd just show them my adoring hand and they'd sometimes shoot around the tank or just stare at me and laze around. It IS amazing! |
