Feeding Betta?

Ok, I'm wanting to feed my betta something other than yucky "betta flakes".
I've looked around at http://www.kensfish.com/ but I'm clueless.

Can you give me a sample schedule of what & when you feed your betta(s)?
Where do you get it?

Thanks for any help.

Hikari betta biogold. They're a pellet and have a lot of nutrition. Also bloodworms soaked in garlic juice as a treat.

I feed my betta Wardley tropical flakes at night, and 1 guppy fry every week. He seems to enjoy chasing around his food

At the moment mine are getting a combo of freeze dried bloodworms and thawed frozen blood worms. I haven't had a chance to go and buy new pellets since I ran out. (whoops)

About 5 minutes, but that's because I'm feeding other tanks. I don't know if you have to wait that long. I never see how long it takes until they "poof". I just come back and they're fluffy
