Fishstick

I just wanted to thank everyone for your advice with Murphy and all the information this site had about Bettas. I also wanted to give you a quick update about my two Bettas (and yes pictures are coming my camera is not working so you will just have to bear with me)…Murphy is doing so much better! I am so relieved because when I first got him he was really listless and mostly mopped on the bottom of his tank. He was not interested in anything! But I have been working really hard, making sure he has had lots of TLC and wow what a difference. He is swimming around now and is very interested in what is going on outside of his tank. He is shy compared to my other betta Fish Filet but they all have different personalities.

The thing that I was most happy about is he blew a bubble nest for me! I was thrilled. I am just happy he isn’t on the bottom of his tank looking sad and sickly. His fins are also growing back nicely and when he flares, boy he looks good.

As for Fish Filet, he has been an easy fish from the start. He is also doing well and being a little terror in his tank and flaring at me.
