White mark?

So, Keun's got another probelm, on top of his tail-chewing. This morning I noticed an off-white 'bib' on him, under where his gills meet his pectoral fins. I'll take a photo when I get a chance, but the lighting's really bad today so I can't guarantee I'll get a clear one. Any ideas otherwise?
