Wow.
joy, are you taking some of them? It makes me wonder why she bred them if she didn't have time for them.

They are halfmoon, makes me wonder if she knows what show quality is since her guppies are multiple color. I am waiting for some microworms to show up if they get here by this weekend I will get about 4 of them. Just to make sure they have a good home, it really isn't an addiction.

She probably didn't know what she was in for if it is her first spawn.

Just shot them an email to ask about shipping. If I get a response I will post it here.

I'd think it would be a bad idea to move them if they are that small... I would be worried about them suriving the trip whether it be shipping for pick up...

More then that betta babies are faniniky about they're water. Shipping them to a while new area with different water quality might not work so well...

If they are still eating egg yolk and just started free swimming they are less than a week....She also states she will let them go in "pairs"....How could she possibly know the sex of them at 1 week old (if that's what she means) This is why people should not breed Bettas unless they are prepared for a LOT of devotion and hard work...She obviously had the time to put the 2 in the spawn tank...

I wouldn't buy off of her....Betta babies are not ready to be moved around until they are 4 months old....

I wrote: Hi!

I live in Asheville. Do you ship? Cost of shipping?

Type of guppies?

Coloration of Bettas?

Regards,
(me)

She wrote: accually ive never shipped them before, though i can look into that.
but the guppies are fancies, and the betta are all Halfmoons with no real colors shown yet

I left it at that. I agree about not buying off of her. It could just be a ploy to move "product." I think the babies, age unknown, are better off with her and her water source for now.
