I'm so in love with my new bettas! I can't stop watching them. They have amazing personalities. My toddler loves watching them too and DH who was very skeptical at first watches them and talk about them all the time
They are doing really well since I rescued them from those horrible dixie cups. I wish I could have taken them all home. I haven't named them yet but slowly we are making a short list. The blue one was a bit subdued at first, but yesterday and today he has really perked up and the white spots seem to have vanished. The red one is a reall show off. They zip around and have even gone in their caves that I made them. They seem to be spending a lot of time at the divider flaring but my moss is starting to grow and I hope it will block out a bit of the view so they can relax a bit more.
Tonight they both ate off my finger! I have been feeding them three of those Hakari pellets twice a day and one or two bloodworms here and thee for a treat. Tonight I soaked the pellets in garlic juice and they gobbled them up!
I'm so happy I feel like getting a tank in every room. They are so cool!
