I talked to Landon last night and he agreed to let me bring a fish to Annie...Steve and I decided the best one to go is Shrek....He is the one with the least amount of finage..I thought about sending Barney but his tail could become too much upkeep for Annie.....

So.....our little man Shrek is moving to CA this weekend! I'm taking a 2 1/2 gallon bow tank to them and hopefully Landon will take care of him....Annie already told me what table he will be on and how she is going to feed him everyday....I just hope she doesn't put the whole jar of worms in at once lol....

Here's our beautiful boy Shrek today....He has grown up so fast!

I'm so glad Annie's going to get a betta to take care of! She seemed so enthusiastic about them while she was with you!!

Thank you Shanya...She really does love all the fish and this should be good for her....I miss her sooooooooooooo much! I'll take pics of her and Shrek when we get there...

Rick....I told Jacq I am coming out there for work this weekend and will only be there for 1 1/2 days but I'm coming back Thanksgiving weekend and I am making sure we get together to party!

Shrek is doing fabulous! He lives in a huge home on the kitchen counter and is loving life......His only problem is he lives with a CAT! "Meow" and I caught the cat sitting by his tank at 6am lol.....Kitty is deClawed (thank goodness)

Annie was so happy when Granny drove up.......I had the dogs and the fish.......Thanks for asking Dave.....

Karen, it was so nice of you to bring Shrek to Annie. I am sure that Annie will think of you everytime she see Shrek. Fishkeeping is something so special that the two of you shared together and by taking Shrek to her, you are keeping that passion alive. I hope that he is doing well in his new home

I am so happy for you both. Does she have a cellphone so she can call Granny for help if she decides she needs some advice about the little guy? This is really something special the two of you share. I think it is will be a lifelong love of hers. I love it when parents get their children started with pets early.
