Yes, I found the heart to rescue another betta. Of course I went to the store in another city, and picked out the healthiest looking boy, just because it makes me feel more secure for some reason. There I saw a little crownie who looked at me with dark eyes that remind me of Rodya's. He showed off his fins for me and I knew that he was the one. I'm so excited to get to know him. And I get to go to the store after work today to get rocks and decor and all that fun stuff for his tank. And yes, that is my Sgt. Peppers calendar you see behind him. I haven't named him yet, but I was throwing around a few names, most notably Dmitri (in Crime and Punishment Dmitri is Rodya's best friend) and Ricky (after Rick Wright, Pink Floyd's keyboardist who passed away on Monday). But there's other possibilites as well...
