Sorry, I'm not around much this week... my sister's here visiting!
For breeding, I like the male better than the female. This is all of course assuming you want to breed to the IBC standards. If not, then whatever you think is pretty goes!
The male first... With the rosetail you will have to watch for extreme rosetail popping up in the fry, and you may lose more than you might if breeding just hm's (the extreme rosetails tend to be weak), but he's not showing any of the extreme rosetail traits that I can see from the pics... might be a very slight scale wonkiness where he bends in the picture, but that could just be the bend. I can't see any major faults! The anal fin's a bit long (ideal is a circle shape with the fins even) but it's really common for the anal to be longer.
What I don't like about the female is her dorsal fin, it's really a strange shape with a lot of short rays at the beginning. Also her ventrals are oddly stubby looking to me. Other than that, she doesn't have excessive ray branching which would be good when breeding with a rosetail (reduces the chance you'll get the extreme rosetails), her colour is nice, and as long as the yellow is genetically the same as the male's, should give you nice mg's, with the fry having iridescence ranging from lighter like the male to heavier like her. I dont' know if you'll get any of the dragon scaling in the first generation, since the male doesn't have it as far as I can tell, but no one seems to know (or at least not be sharing if they do!) much about how the dragon trait is inherited.
Do you know if they're a sibling pair? You'll probably have a better chance of getting nice heavily scaled dragons out of them if so (and have a better guarantee of getting the parents' colours in the fry!)
Definitely nothing wrong with either of them that would make them unbreedable! You should get some very pretty babies out of em
