I brought the new tank home and..

I didn't get kicked out lol...This tank is awesome! OMG I am so pleased with it...Steve has been helping me get it ready...We have it out back right now making sure there are no leaks...I have a fabulous filter on it and I'm just darned excited! What a deal I got on this one! It seperates into 14 seperate houses which will be perfect for raising babies up...(did I say that) lol...

Here is my new tank...Steve is showing a great interest in the fish right now and I am one happy camper! I thought he'd be mad at me but he said it is a really nice looking tank Karen...

very very easy to make...get a 20 gal long and built your own dividers.(although id rather have her 35 gallon!!) .cost me about $30 total to make mine...20 for the tank, 10 for the dividers..well then add in the deco which I spent 30 on alone haha

Each section without the center dividers is 5.25 gallons...I haven't figured out how big the sections are with the extra dividers but they don't look that small....

Now Shawnie...Don't get me wrong, Steve did tell me I have problems and that I am obssessed lol...I said, yes I am and so are you with your 20 guitars and your sports addiction lol...

The tank looks great...I didn't realize when you first posted about it that it divided that much. I can't wait to see what you do with it!

that tank is amazing -- I am sooooo jealous. My hubby just told me I shouldn't get any more fish until one of mine dies which is just mean.
Meanwhile, I'm tripping over HIS guitars, guns and motorcycle crap every time I turn around. What is wrong with this picture? How many of us fish addicts have you got room for, Karen?

OK, here is what my plan is.....If everything goes well this is how I'll be using it.....If my breeding adventure doesn't pan out I'll remove the center dividers and it will become 6 large seperated tanks for 6 males.....Basically a Show tank...

The flow through the sections is good but a gentle flow so it will be good for young betta babies around 2 months old....Until that point they will have to be jarred and yes I have already started my collection of Mason jars lol I'm also buying sponge filters.....

You could divide them into more if needed.
It is for a project that could make money sooo...that's what got Ty, my bf's attention for my plans.
Nothing wrong with having obsessions as long as you aren't stocking (I mean stalking) or harassing anyone. It's all good.
